Could be divorce, but most divorcees don't wear their wedding band around their necks. I wore my engagement ring like i normally did for as for my engagement ring during the ceremony, i am going to wear it and then when our officiant asks for the rings, my fh will get the wedding bands. The wedding band was worn daily (hence, the difficulty in finding vintage bands that have held up well enough to be worth reselling now).
